It's about time I got rid of the old journal entry from my main page and put a new one up.
The last one was 2007
I think that pretty much proves that I'm not very good with journals lol. I just never know what to say.

I just want to let everyone know (whoever is actually interested) what I've basically been up to and the reason for my lack of posting. Even though I didn't really post that much in the first place.

Firstly, I'm in Turkey. I came to visit my boyfriend again, I've been here since July 12th and I will return to UK with him on the 8th of Sept.

I went to the village to see his Family, which has a very nice view. I did take pictures but none of them are "arty" type pictures, with the right angles and lighting etc. Just a basic point and shoot picture lol. So I haven't uploaded any of them on my DeviantArt account.

I also went to Ephesus, another lovely place. I don't know why I didn't go sooner. The amount of times I've been to Turkey and I've only ever stayed in Istanbul, apart from the one time I went to Giresun. Even so, I managed to go this time round and I'm glad I did. I only regret that I didn't have a better camera with me, with more memory. So many pictures I wanted to take but since I didn't have enough memory and I had to use the built in memory in my camera, I had to set it to 1.3mp!!!! Instead of the usual 12mp. That's as high as my crap camera will go to lol
So it's a shame that I couldn't have took some arty pictures to post on here.
I'm a manipulator anyway, so any pictures I do take need to be edited to the way I like it and since I don't have photoshop, I can't do it.

So no Photoshop, means no manips That will have to wait until I am back in UK and my creative hat is back on lol.
Which means me sitting at the computer for hours trying to come up with an idea. It's hard... It use to be easy but not anymore. I use stock images now. I've gone from manipulating pictures of friends, to using stock. So it's hard finding the right stock photo for the image I have in my head.

As for my poems... Again, I have writers block.
anyone who knows me and has read my poems, will know they are all sad, heart broken, love poems. My mind just isn't in that mood at the moment. I'm going through a really weird stage right now, I don't really seem to feel anything at the moment. I'm just empty inside and I don't know why. Or maybe I do but I'm just not letting myself realize it So that's the reason for no poems. I need to be in the mood, I can't just sit down and think what to write. I need to be feeling that exact emotion and it just flows out. Nothing is coming.
It did once but silly me stopped half way through and now I can't complete it.


soooo yeah, that's about it really. I think I've said enough.

More deviations to come once I'm back in UK (hopefully)
